This is just a quick note to relay my thanks for the professional way with which McConnell Shoes treat their customers.

I ordered a pair of Anatomic Co shoes from McConnells  in late December, but inadvertently managed to order the right style but the wrong finish, so it was my error alone.

When I spoke to Chris Hogshaw, the Customer Services Manager, today I  was concerned that I may have just missed the return eligibility period.

Chris listened to my little story and happily agreed to accept the return for an exchange, despite his company not having my original choice of shoe in stock.
He there and then put in an order for such a pair, and even sent me (within 30 minutes), an e-mail attaching a post-paid returns label to save me return postage, and the address of my nearest handling agent (0.5 mile away).

What great service!
