How long will delivery take?
Standard Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days (unless stated otherwise in the table above), excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is an untracked service which only provides an update when delivery has been attempted.
Tracked 48 (2-3 Working Days)
For Tracked 48 Delivery, orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday to ensure delivery within 3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). This is a fully tracked service which provides notifications via email and text message. It allows you to keep track of your order and change your delivery options before the delivery is attempted. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery within 3 working days.
Tracked 24 (1-2 Working Days)
For Tracked 24 Delivery, orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday to ensure delivery within 2 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). This is a fully tracked service which provides notifications via email and text message. It allows you to keep track of your order and change your delivery options before the delivery is attempted. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery within 2 working days.
*Next Day Delivery
For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday for guaranteed delivery on the next working day (before 1pm). Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day, for delivery the day after. There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

Dungannon: 1 - 3 Scotch Street, BT70 1AR. Opening Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. 9.00am – 5.30pm, Saturday.
Magherafelt: 15 - 17 Rainey Street, BT45 5DA. Opening Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. 9.00am – 5.30pm, Saturday.
Omagh: 24 Market Street, BT78 1EH. Opening Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. 9.00am – 5.30pm, Saturday.
What to do:
When you receive the shipping email for your order, this means your order is ready to collect. Collections can be made at your chosen branch between 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday. Please take your order number and some personal identification when collecting your order from the store. This can be driving licence, utility bill, credit or debit card. Your order will be available for collection for 14 days from delivery to the store. If the order is not collected we’ll return the parcel(s) to our warehouse where the return/refund will take place.
Keeping You Informed
We'll email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going. Some email accounts will 'Junk' any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add info@mcconnellshoes.com to your address book so that we can get in touch with you! If you don't receive your order within the maximum delivery time for your country and if you've not received any tracking emails please get in touch and we'll be happy to track the order for you.
